Prior to creating Diverse Supply Solutions (DSS), over her career Kathleen served as a Supply Chain executive within the Vegetation Management, Construction, Aerospace, and Pulp & Paper Industries. During her tenure within these industries, Kathleen led teams that focused on delivering results based on the needs of her customers as well as Company Shareholders' expectations. Successfully building and managing Customer and Supplier Relationships is one of Kathleen's strengths that has significantly contributed to the continued growth of DSS.

Kathleen holds her Lean Champions Certification and Six Sigma Green Belt. Her core competencies include: Lean Six Sigma Culture Transformation, Supplier Excellence Programs, Change Agent, Team Building, Coaching/Mentoring and Profitable Growth. Her technical skills include ISO9001, Value Stream Mapping, Strategic Forecasting, Kaizen, Kanban Inventory Systems, Continuous Flow/Pull Systems, Standardized Work, Strategic Sourcing, and ERP/MRP Implementation.
